How to Modify Values in a Picklist in Salesforce?

- Enter the Setup.
- Go to Object manager.
- In Object manager select the Object you want to modify the Picklist for – in this example, I have chosen the Lead.
- Go to Fields & Relationships where you choose the picklist (indicated by the Datatype = Picklist) field you want to modify. Here I have selected the Industry field to change the values.
- Now you can modify the picklist values, delete them, change their order in the picklist, add new ones, temporarily deactivate some existing values so that those will not be shown in the picklist.
