RWE Czech Republic (innogy) Using SAP CRM 7.0, EhP2

Anodius in cooperation with the local SAP solution partners has significantly contributed to a successful GoLive of SAP CRM 7.0, EhP2 solution in the RWE Czech Republic group.

Our role was the elaboration of the business blueprint document and consequent solution implementation in the following areas: 

• Cisco telephony integration to SAP CRM,
• Interaction Center and Activity Management.
